Letter from your CEO
We are extremely excited to announce a major TECHNOLOGY upgrade!
Fox Federal Credit Union has been operating under the same core system that has fulfilled our members’ financial needs for several decades now. Prior to and especially during the Pandemic, it became apparent that the same core system that supported our growth for all these years could not bear the advancements in fintech and ever-changing financial needs that were only fast-tracked during the Pandemic. Social distancing, lockdowns, and remote work altered banking behavior, resulting in an increase in demand and need for digital services.
The process of searching for the right system provider began two years ago. Today, we believe we have found an ideal system that is scalable based on your needs and a provider that shares the same core value, “People Helping People,” as Fox Federal Credit Union. The upgrade will now allow us to offer you the best of both worlds in new advanced and modern digital technology while maintaining the personal service you have come to expect. Our tenured staff still remains, dedicated to serving you. This will never change. The technology upgrade not only extends to you but also to our staff in the form of operational efficiencies, giving us more time to serve you.
The upgrade will begin on Friday, May 31, 2024, and enhancements will include but not be limited to:
Online Banking - New and improved experience and design
Mobile Banking - New and improved experience and design
Mobile Deposit - Faster posting times
P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Transfers - Allow you to send money to other people
A2A (Account-to-Account) Transfers - Allow you to send funds to and to receive funds from your external bank account(s)
It is not possible to perform a system upgrade without disruptions. We promise any inconvenience you experience during the process will be worth all the benefits you will gain upon the completion of the upgrade.
To prepare you, please refer to the attached material and upcoming email notification(s), as well as visiting this page for dates/times of service interruptions and additional details regarding the upgrade.
Sincerely,
Richard Chen
President/CEO
