The Annual Meeting shall commence at 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024

All members are encouraged to attend. Voting by proxy is not permitted except in the case of a non-natural person member (e.g., business or a trust) in which case a naturaI person agent may be designated in writing by the non-natural person member for that purpose.
A Nominating Committee has been appointed, in accordance with Fox Federal Credit Union's bylaws governing the annuaI election of directors.
The members of the Nominating Committee are:
Ashley Mendez, Chairwoman
Scott Flacks, Board Member
DiiJon Williams, Board Member
The Committee is charged with nominating at least one candidate for each vacancy on Fox FCU's board of directors. For this year's Annual Meeting and Election, there are two (2) vacancies, each for a three-year term.
The Committee is charged with the responsibility of putting together a slate of candidates it believes are most qualified to serve as Fox Federal Credit Union directors.
The official ballot will include all candidates who have been nominated either by the Committee or by members from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Voting is conducted by ballot at the Annual Meeting and the results will be announced following the Fox FCU's Annual Meeting on December 11, 2024 at 12:00 PM.
